We liked almost everything in this hotel . One exception, Kitchen was not stocked very well with some necessary utensils, such as frying pans , large spoons . Also missing salt and pepper in each room , sugar not enough.

STAY AWAY! IT'S A TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. Sadly, the entire stay was miserable and we checked out within minutes of checking in.

The hotel is at a very good location and all the staff we encountered were amazing. We got in early and they were able to accommodate us earlier than check in which was very convenient after a long flight. Also the pictures of the room are exactly like the pictures on the site.

The hotel is clean and the staff are great! The room itself is updated but with some old school charm. Not a fan of all the stairs but the property is beautiful and a nice walk thru. We had a double patio in our Queen suite as well and it was very spacious. The bar / restaurant was so cute and the staff there were very helpful. I had a lava cake one night that was extremely delicious! It's convenient location on the metro allows for easy and cheap travel if you want to avoid the pricey Uber fees that we quickly learned would burn through our budget. The showers were great as well and good water pressure which was nice after a long day of walking around.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, and the wonderful spacious room with the BEST bathroom of any hotel I have stayed at in the past (REALLY hot, soft water combined with the perfect water pressure = shower heaven). The "Petit Caf" restaurant is small but has an amazing atmosphere. All in all, we LOVED our stay and the staff at the entire hotel is AMAZING, special shout-out here to Nelson at the valet, you are a superstar!

I liked that it was more of a boutique hotel. The grounds were nicely decorated. It was close to UCLA, where I needed to be. The customer service was excellent. The room was roomy.

The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. the staff is very kind and helpful, this is really a strenght for me. The floors have levels that cannot be reached by lift, however the staff was helpful in carrying the suitcases to the floor and also very supportive in providing information. Excellent location, about 30 min walk from Rodeo Drive.
